The Free Soul story

Our story

A brand built for women, not just marketed to them.

Free Soul was founded in 2017 by mother and son Rohini and Arjun Sofat, after a family health scare showed them how badly the industry was failing women: "slim shakes" for her, "bulking and shredding" for him. They set out to change that, starting with a single product, our now iconic Vegan Protein Blend.
